Particular emphasis was placed on environmental due diligence as an important process for identifying, assessing and managing potential environmental risks associated with business activities. The presentation also examined how applying environmental due diligence can help businesses strengthen regulatory compliance, improve operational practices and make more informed decisions.

Through the presentation, EMC highlighted the importance of viewing environmental responsibility not simply as a compliance requirement, but as an integral part of building resilient, competitive and sustainable businesses.
